The series “Summer of Wellth” will offer a wide variety of classes like dance cardio, yoga flow, power sculpt, and HIIT in the mornings to help people get a healthy start to their day. Partners include 305 Fitness, Y7 Studio, Surfset, Dancebody, Lit & Lean and more NYC based studios.
There will also be expert-led panels for the health-conscious community to learn about their practice and physical and mental wellness.
