Australians don’t care about ‘pantomime antics’ in parliament

Former Speaker of the House Bronwyn Bishop says Australians don’t care about the “pantomime antics” that have occurred in parliament recently.

Ms Bishop said they want to hear discussion about the economic problems people are facing, with savings “running out in many cases” because they’re “having to dig into them to pay for the higher cost of living”.

“Where is the higher cost of living plan that we were told in the lead-up to the election that Mr Albanese had for us?,” she told Sky News host Gary Hardgrave.
