Cruise ship passengers compelled into isolation in Western Australia

Western Australian authorities try to include an outbreak on board a cruise ship off its north coast.

There have been ten travellers and two crew members onboard the Coral Discoverer who have been confined to their cabins after testing constructive to COVID-19.

The ship, which departed Darwin docked at Broome, within the state’s northwest, whereas intensive testing is undertaken.

Cruise ships have solely been permitted to enter WA since a federal authorities ban was lifted earlier this month.
