Sheep Disrupt “Mission: Impossible” Filming

A massive flock of sheep stormed the set of “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two” in the UK this week, disrupting filming of the action sequel around the Lakes district in the UK.

According to Fox News, cast and crew had to tap out of filming some much-needed shots as over 100 sheep walked into gates separating the filming location from the English countryside.

A bemused Tom Cruise and other crew members reportedly laughed as the sheep took over the set, but gave them space as the animals aimlessly meandered around the filming location.

It’s not clear how long production was held up or how much cost the delay might’ve caused, though it’s known the first part of ‘Dead Reckoning’ came in way over budget at nearly $300 million (mostly due to pandemic-related delays) and this second part may not be that far behind.

“Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One” hits cinemas on July 14th 2023, with Part Two following on June 28th 2024.
