The Masked Singer 2022 – Fans FURIOUS as Traffic Cone ‘revealed’ to be comedian Rob Beckett in ‘accidental’ tweet

Fans convinced Strictly star is Poodle

Viewers of the ITV singing competition are certain that they know who the celebrity behind the mask is after he performed Clean Bandit’s hit Symphony in the sing-off.

Poodle landed in the bottom two tonight but was saved by show detectives Mo Gilligan, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora and Davina McCall – with Bagpipes unmasked and sent home.

Originally many thought Poodle was John Barrowman under the mask until they performed, causing another to be thrown into the mix – with many people sure that Poodle is Paul O’Grady.

Paul is known for his love of dogs and has presented TV show For the Love of Dogs.

But after a fresh serving of clues fans argued Reverend Richard Coles – who danced on Strictly in 2015 – is behind the mask.

One person said: “Poodle’s clue about being no stranger to a dog collar made me think of Richard Coles, one-time member of The Communards who is now a vicar.”

Another wrote: “Poodle is, Rev Richard Coles… The clues being the dog collar, AND, they played Jimmy Somerville’s, ‘You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)’, AND, Rev Richard Coles, was in ‘The Communards’, with him…”

One more mused: “Poodle is Richard Coles, Reverend, Cricket, Science. I have no doubts”
